Founded in 2002, Tonglu Avis Knitting & Weaving Apparel Factory is located in Tonglu - China Knitting Technology Industrial Park, where there is beautiful scenery and it enjoys great convenience in transportation system.
After five years of development, we have already had a certain scale. Our factory covers an area of 6, 000 square meters, including construction area of 3, 000 square meters, with experienced technicians.
We have computer flat knitting machine, computer jacquard round, no computer jacquard dotted line, for all types of precision machines, wrap knitting machine and other kinds of machinery. Our equipment is all fully automatic. We also plan to purchase another needle-automatic inspection machine.
We are a specialized manufacturer of scarves, square towels, shawls, hats, and gloves. Our raw materials use acrylic, wool, cashmere imitation, Modal, Tencel, bamboo fiber, chenille, mercerized clear, Slubby yarn, AB yarn, wool acrylic yarn, special yarn, and viscose. At present, we can produce 10, 000 dozens of scarves, 40, 000 dozens of hats, and 5, 000 dozens of gloves per month. We rely on full range of characteristics to enter the international market. Our products are exported to Japan, South Korea, the United States, Canada, Britain, France, Germany, Spain, Australia, Sweden, Belgium, Western Europe and other developed countries and regions.
